In August, the light, temperature, and water conditions in the Northeast region were basically suitable for crop growth, and the occurrence of a low temperature process in the middle of the month was slightly detrimental to the growth and development of a single season of rice. Most areas in the northwest, North China, Huanghuai, and other regions have normal light and temperature, abundant precipitation, and are conducive to crop yield formation. The southeastern part of the northwest region, the eastern part of the Sichuan Basin, the western part of the Huanghuai River, the Jianghuai River, and the Jianghan River have mostly cloudy and rainy weather, with local heavy precipitation and waterlogging of farmland, which is unfavorable for crop growth and harvest. Most of the Southwest region and Jiangnan and South China have good light, temperature, and water conditions, which are conducive to the growth and development of crops and economic forests and fruits.

 

 

9月主要农业气象灾害与影响预估

 

  预计9月东北地区大部气温接近常年同期，初霜冻日期偏晚，利于作物成熟收晒；

 

1、内蒙古东部、东北地区西部降水偏多、温度偏低，局部初霜冻较常年偏早，需防范对作物充分灌浆和正常成熟的不利影响。

 

2、华北大部温度和降水接近常年，将利于秋收作物成熟收晒；华北北部、黄淮、江淮、江汉、西北地区东南部、西南地区东北部等地降水偏多，局部地区可能出现暴雨洪涝和阴雨寡照天气，不利作物充分灌浆和正常成熟收晒。

 

3、江南、华南大部气温偏高，降水接近常年，总体利于水稻、棉花等作物生长发育；但华南西部降水偏少，对秋收作物灌浆成熟不利。

 

In September, one or two typhoons will land in the coastal areas of South East China. The resulting storms are likely to cause farmland waterlogging and crop lodging. Pay attention to strengthening prevention.

 

建议：

 

  北方农区注意防范早霜冻和连阴雨，促进作物正常成熟。内蒙古东部、东北地区西部要密切关注天气变化，适时采取促早熟措施促进作物正常成熟。华北北部、黄淮、江淮、江汉、西北地区东南部等降水偏多区域注意雨后及时排涝降渍、加强田间管理，以减轻渍涝和阴雨的不利影响。

 

  南方稻区加强田间管理，积极防御低温寒露风。华南西部注意防旱抗旱。华东和华南沿海地区要注意做好台风防御工作，减少农林渔业生产损失。西南地区东北部要及时收获成熟作物，防范阴雨天气造成不利影响。
